FORMER OTIS SPUNKMEYER SITE

CLP acquired the former Otis Spunkmeyer site in 2015 a 60,000 sq. ft. facility 7-acre site, prime for new development.

OUR ROLE:

Demolished and abated the 60,000 sq. ft. facility, including foundations, remediation of soil and groundwater. Completed active remediation in 2020 .

REUSE:

Land has been sold to a local car dealership.
